One person reads these, so it can take a few days. But it is read by someone who can actually change the app.
Nothing is too small. A sentence that reads wrong, a helpline number that is not right for your country, a condition that is missing. Those are the messages this app gets better from.
This opens your own mail app. There is no form on this page on purpose: a form would send whatever you write through somebody else’s server first, and on a health app that is exactly the wrong thing to do.

Something is broken
Tell me what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your phone model and Android version help. A screenshot helps more than a description.
Something in the app is wrong
If a condition page says something inaccurate, or an exercise does not sit right with what your specialist told you, please say so. Name the page and quote the sentence. These get fixed quickly.
Something is missing
A condition that is not in the library, an exercise you were taught that should be in there. Tell me what you are trying to do rather than which button you want. The problem is more useful than the solution, and it usually leads somewhere better.
Something about your purchase
Purchases go through Google Play, so refunds are handled there. Write anyway if something went wrong. I would rather know.
What I cannot do
I cannot give medical advice, look at your records, or tell you what your symptoms mean. I am not a doctor and it would not be safe. For that you need your GP or your specialist.
If you are in crisis or you are not safe, do not email. Call your local emergency number, or 112 in Europe. The app has a page with the numbers for your own country.
Anything is welcome, nothing is required
It does not have to be a bug report. Write your story if you want to, or why you would like to see a particular condition in the app, or an exercise you are missing, or an idea that occurred to you. I read every message carefully.
You do not have to hand over anything or explain yourself. You write what you want to say and nothing more. If you would rather not say who you are, you do not have to, and it will not change the answer you get.
Only I read what you write. Nobody is reading along, it is not stored in the app and it does not go anywhere. This address exists only to help you or to make the app better.
